What We do
We aim to prevent homelessness by offering financial support when funding is available. We also work to facilitate family reunification and empower individuals to make healthier choices for a better future.
As a Pasco County Homeless Coalition Continuum of Care (CoC) member, we use their Management Information System to track your community assistance history (when applicable) and connect you to additional resources.
